Dr. Legant is available as an expert witness for both plaintiff and defendant cases as needed.  He has years of experience in court testimony and is well liked by jurors.

Record Review

Thorough and complete medical record reviews.  Dr. Legant reviews each page of records sent to him and can provide summary reports as needed.

Independent Medical Examination

Dr. Legant is ABIME certified to perform Independent Medical Examinations.  He performs a full comprehensive exam, record review and provides an extensive, easy to understand report of his findings. 

2nd Opinion and Impairment Rating

Dr. Legant is board certified to perform AMA 6th edition Impairment Ratings with or without seeing the patient.

Dr. Legant performs 2nd Opinions for causality, surgical need and treatment options.  He is a 3 time Stirling Award Winner from the New Mexico Workers Compensation Association.
